 All manufacturing is done at our modern factory premises at Thirlmere NSW.

Each light is individually made by skilled craftsmen. Copper sheets are painstakingly shaped, pressed and highly polished to form an exact replica of the lights made over 150 years ago.

The design of the light, and materials used which are of a mainly non-ferrous nature, alleviate the issues that arise with corrosion and make the light insect-proof, whilst making it more structurally sound.  Each light is polished then allowed to weather to ensure that the look is antique and authentic.

The support pole that the light is mounted upon is cast from aluminium and is likewise non-corrosive, but it can also be powder-coated in a large range of colours to suit your needs and colour scheme.

The tops of the lights are spun copper (no visible joins) and highly polished for maximum visual effect, as well as ensuring the waterproofing qualities that enable the interior to be kept dry and protected.

The lights are fitted with UV-protected high-impact Acrylic light covers that have the breaking properties of up to 200 times that of glass.
